Build a Car App

The Build-A-Car-App was created to allow people to build and buy a vehicle that is suitable for both them and the environment. The app is aimed towards people looking to buy new cars, from young adults to experienced vehicle owners, hence the simplicity of the app to allow any and all users. As there are many more vehicles being purchased today, I feel customers do not understand the full extent of how different vehicles affect the environment, hence the Build-A-Car-App allows users to understand the full impact of their vehicle on the environment

Starting from the base body and on to the finer aspects of a vehicle, customers are allowed to choose the type of body, engine, tires, and colors; with varying effects on how eco friendly the car will be, while the app provides information about the cars driving experience and ecological footprint. The next step in this prototype would be to have all components of the app completed, then offer the app’s services to various car companies as an interface to sell their vehicles.
